Symptoms
Acquired an Oracle Secure Desktop from a pool with Oracle Linux 8.
- opened the Settings > Network > Wired > IPv4
- edited one of the properties, and tried to Apply the changes.
The below message appears, and "Administrator" authentication is required:
<< System policy prevents all users from editing the network settings >>
