Symptoms

Change the Hire Date for an Employee has error:


ERROR
-----------------------
The Effective Start Date attribute must be on or before the Effective End Date attribute. (HRC-1035096)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups > Quick Actions -> Show More > Employment Info
2. Actions > Work Relationship
3. Edit Work relationship Effective Start date to a later date
4. Error Message is Displayed.
