Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

An alert pop-up message is received when the user attempts to open a single instance Business Process (BP) within a Project/Shell Template.

Alert "403 error"


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

The system should not display an Alert "403 error" message when the user attempts to open the 'Project Configuration' instance from a Project/Shell Template.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier.
  2. In Company Workspace Admin Mode, in the applicable Project/Shell Template navigate to Information > General > Open the single instance BP record available.
  3. Observe that the system throws the Alert "403 error" message.
