Fusion Absence Management: Absence Duration is not calculating Properly if two schedules are assigned sequentially (Doc ID 2973795.1)

Absence Duration is not calculating properly for below mentioned cases.

Person have assigned two schedules sequentially.

First Schedule : Day Shift

Second Schedule : Midnight Shift

If person is recording an absence on last day of First schedule then absence duration is not getting correctly.

Example :

First Schedule : 10:30 to 19:30 Shift - 17 Apr to 23 Apr

Second Schedule : 17:30 to 3:00 Shift - 24 Apr to 30 Apr

Recording an absence on 23 Apr. Absence duration is calculated as 0.75 day. Expected Absence duration is 1 day.
