Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Via Manage Cost Accounting Period task, user sees 4 Pending Inventory Transactions but no further info to confirm which ones they are.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to know which 4 Pending Transactions are causing the issue

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage Cost Accounting Period task
2. Attempt process month end
3. Confirm if successful or if Pending Transactions show
4. If Pending Transactions show, check which ones are pending

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete month end for August
