Clearance Items Having Missing Records In RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL Table. (Doc ID 2973865.1)

Symptoms

We have found that item is in clearance and same has been updated to item_loc table, but records are not present in rpm_future_retail table.

Steps to Recreate :

1. We have created a Parent item-P1  with the childs-C1,C2,C3 .
2. We have ranged item to locations- L1,L2,L3,L4,L5,L6. 
3. We have approved it (RFR has PL and PL )
4. We have created a clearance at Zone level-1 for item (C1,C2,C3)
5. Zone-1 has 14 locations -L1,L2,L3,L4,L5,L6.
6. We have submit and approved clearance and its executed now for the same vdate ((RFR has PL and PL along with PL and IL)
7. We have ranged one item (C1) location-L6 which is present in same zone.
8. We found that the RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL and RPM_CLEARANCE_PAYLOAD tables doesnot get updated with the clearance price changes to the item/loc record.
9. But the parent location combination entry is made in RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL(RFR has PL and PL  for this parent location,no sku record present in the RFR) .
