Statistics configuration screen is not working (Doc ID 2973888.1)

Symptoms

We have identified that the statistics screen is not working properly. When you make any changes and click "Apply Changes", the configuration performed is cleared and the previous configuration is retained.
We have already used the three options available to save, however no one of them work corrrectly.
