Goal

 A new feature is available in Oracle Permitting and Licensing 23D for Oracle Permitting and Licensing customers to use Identity Domain Cloud Service (IDCS) as an Identity Provider (IdP) for the Public Users. Complete the steps below to enable the feature option in Functional Setup Manager.
These instructions are only for customers who are already using IDCS as an IdP in their environments or for customers who want to use IDCS as an IdP in their environment
