Issue with OMFT Scheduler

OMFT "Custom" scheduler is not working for any of the time zone other than "UTC".
When we have tried to schedule OMFT codes to "MT" or "IST" time zone, the schedulers were not working as expected.
Either we were unable to save the scheduler even though the timestamp was in the future or the schedules were getting converted to "UTC" and code didn't run.

For Custom frequency :
Timezone: India Standard Time (UTC + 5.30)

Add Time :
1st schedule is saved in UTC format (if future time is less than 5.30 hours from current time, deployment will fail with "Schedule has expired" )
2nd schedule is saved in IST format.
