Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, HCM Security (Security Profiles, Users, Roles)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Same users with similar AOR access are unable to see data in UI

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All users should be able to see the data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign Same Security Roles and AOR access to users
2. Some users are unable to view the data with the same access
