Symptoms
When using the Cloud Administration import feature to update users, all usernames are changed to uppercase even if the user is not part of the import file.
As a result the following error can occur when attempting to update user access:
Creating/Assigning Application Access for Users: 1
Processing User(1/1): TESTUSER
P6, Unifier, PVD or any combination of these applications is assigned to the user: testuser, Unable to update User Name.
Unable to create user: TESTUSER
Assigned Application Access for User: TESTUSER
