Symptoms

Customer is unable to make a change order on a Blanket Purchase Agreement.

Blanket Purchase Agreement error when user tried to add new lines.

ERROR

Attribute Description in DraftPurchasingAttributeValuesTipEO is required

1. Create CO Blanket Purchase Agreement
2. Add new item/line
3. Error
