An error occurred while copying document attachments to this notification. Contact your procurement
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create PO Change request and Submit for Approval.
2. Approver tries to open PO PDF attachment in notification .
3. receive above error .

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open PO PDF in notification
