A Compute Instance user or admin can no longer use a Remote Desktop connection (RDP) to a Windows Instance, and there were no known changes.
Everything looks healthy from the Compute Infrastructure side.
Everything appears to be configured correctly from the Cloud Network side.

The attempt to connect by RDP results in the following error:
