XOrder Modification Not Working As Expected After MFCS Upgrade To 19.3.020 (Doc ID 2974503.1)

Symptoms

An Xorder modification for estimated_instock_date is not reflected in RMS in ESTIMATED_INSTOCK_DATE in ORDLOC but the LAST_UPDATE_DATETIME is updated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Modify Xorder i.e., modification for estimated_instock_date using /XOrderPublishing WSDL
2) Notice estimated_instock_date is not reflected in RMS.ORDLOC table but the LAST_UPDATE_DATETIME is updated.
