Symptoms
User is reporting that queries on W_RTL_INV_IT_LC_G table are taking 2+ minutes to return, and they expect these queries to return in under 1 minute.
User have not done any optimization of queries against G tables to-date.

Steps to recreate:
------------------------
1.Go to Catalogs
2. Shared Folders >Custom > Inventory Monitoring > Dashboard
3.Open 'Inventory Monitoring'
Overview page has the worst performance of 2+ minutes when run during the day.
