Symptoms

CreateFulfillOrders Web Service is not working anymore after System upgrade (23.1.301.1).

The error returned is: "FULFILLORDERSERVICEPROVIDERIMP.CREATEFULFILORDCOLDESC aborted with error : No more data to read from socket"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run createFulfillOrders via Swagger
2. See the error message
