Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT
Timecard approvals do not have any details after the 23C upgrade.
The email notification is using the BIP format. Bell notifications are classic.
Using a custom template and the data model was updated. The report is running in Reports and Analytics.

WHAT IS WORKING
The bell notification is functioning as expected.
Emails are sent with the message to view the notification in the application.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Submit a time card for approval
