Goal

The following example URL using the LIKE operator returns no results:

https://<host>/<customer RICS environment>/dynamic-data-service-web/resources/dds/RIB_RMS1/data?fromTables=RIB_MESSAGE&columnFilter=MESSAGE_NUM,TYPE,FAMILY,MESSAGE_DATA&rowFilter=MESSAGE_DATA like '<po_nbr>123</po_nbr>'&offset=0&pageLimit=25
