PRC:PO: Work Confirmation Receipts Show Retainage Amounts, but the Retainage Amount on the Purchase Orders Are .00

Symptoms
Work Confirmation Receipt shows Retainage, but Retainage does not appear on Purchase Order (PO). The Retainage Amounts on the Work Confirmation are not copying/carrying over to the PO.
Example:
Created proper document style, and created a line with 10% Retainage. Upon creating the Work Confirmation Receipt, the Projected Retainage for this PO appears on the Work Confirmation. When viewing the PO in the UI, Retainage is .00.
