The following error occurs when attempting to add/modify an action on the JET Responsive Transaction UI Designer.

 Object 'id = 36794352' of type 'CmAction' could not be found.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the JET Responsive Layout editor
2. Click on Actions, no Actions are listed and the error occurs
