Notification "The system could not process your request" When Creating a Line Item From One Document Type BP To Another (Doc ID 2975825.1)

Symptoms

When creating a line item from one Document type BP (Business Process) to another, the created line item/document does not open correctly and a Unifier Notification will display.

UNIFIER NOTIFICATION

The system could not process your request.
Logging in again may help in some causes.
Contact your system administrator if you are still having problems.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in as user. 
  2. Navigate to the record in question and try to Open it.
  3. Notice the Unifier Notification will display.
