Symptoms


On Asset Tab for lease creation, the Property Name field has no LOV (list of values).


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Loaded Properties via FBDI:  File is obtained via Note 2969937.1 - Lease Accounting : How to Create Lease Property Definition Using File-Based Data Import in 23C And Above
2. Create Lease in User Interface
3. On Asset tab, look for LOV for Property Name.  LOV is empty
