Re-opened:Activities Are Not Automatically Routed For Technicians Having Assigned Manual WOs (Doc ID 2976017.1)

Symptoms

 Customer activities are not assigned by routing and left in the bucket. The Execution Summary for the Routing Run ID mentions that "Assignment will cause overtime/ Unacceptable overdue", however there is enough space in current routes to fit them.

Changes

The existing routes contain activities which form a bundle, even if each is assigned to a different technician.
