Symptoms

 AWR Hub Not Updating With Latest Snapshots

For Example, User has set up AWR Hub on Sep 15th 2023 for all the ATP (Autonomous Transaction Processing) DB's which in their tenancy to dump the reports to a storage bucket.
While all Registered Databases generated 50+ snapshots all with old Snap IDs and none are created with latest timestamp.
