Symptoms

Problem Description:

In Recruiting Content Library, a notification with ${JOBAPPLICATIONDEEPLINKURL} token is created using Automated Hiring Team Notification Category.
This notification is configured in Candidate selection process at a specific phase and state to trigger to Hiring manager. 
Clicking on Job application deeplink  received by Hiring Manager is Blank.
