Question: Describe how the current product functionality is insufficient.
Answer: Currently the customer has 1500+ Stores across 90 brands. So it's very complex to set up the Shipping Network for each store and maintain it in EICS.

Question: Provide a detailed description of the Enhancement Request.
Answer: Customer wants to have an option where a file can be uploaded (xlsx or similar) to have the shipping network set up across stores.

Question: Describe how this Enhancement will benefit your business.
Answer:

1. Eliminate manual configuration setup in EICS - Shipping Network logging in each store 
2. Eliminate complex manual setup and maintenance of the Shipping Network Matrix which is set up in EICS.
3. For a large number of stores it's very complex and time-consuming to operations for maintaining manual excel's.
