Symptoms

Pricing Cost, Margin not displayed for items via Price inquiry.

Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------
1. Pick a transaction level.
2. For the item, loc combination there should be no entry in RFR. For the style, loc combination there should be entry in RFR.
3. Do a Price inquiry for the SKU, Location.
4. Note the pricing cost, Margin is not displayed.
