Moving Activity Via Drag And Drop Causes Not Ordered Activity To Be Ordered (Doc ID 2976558.1)

Symptoms

Manually moving activities from OFS GUI (i.e. via drag and drop) is resulting in activities being placed on the ordered activities pool instead of not ordered, where the activity originally belonged. The same behavior is not observed if the move action is done via Move link or Move assistant.
