ReIM Injector Logger Error #Constant# (Doc ID 2976578.1)

Symptoms

In Logger Table it is only showing the error "sql_lib.create_msg message:@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1NO Tax Code with Zero rate Found@2REIM_INJECTOR_SQL.UPDATE_REVERSE_VAT". This is a constant presence for every REIM injector execution and it is not know the impact of this error.

Also, there should not be any VAT error since VAT is not used.
