FAW: PPM - Project Cost Subject Area Filters Data Based On Adjustment Period Value as "N" (Doc ID 2976607.1)

Goal

PPM - Project Cost Subject Area is displaying the data by filtering on Adjustment Period = 'N'. Customer's requirement was to display all types of data with Adjustment Period column value as 'Y' or 'N'.

The data is available in DW_PROJECT_COST_CF table but when a custom report is created based on Project Cost Subject Area it filters all the records where Adjustment Period = 'Y'.
