When running Create Automatic Billing Adjustments, the Receivable Activity LOV shows no activity for selection



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create Rec Activity
2. run Create Automatic Billing Adjustments
3. try to select the created activity
