Goal

1. Logged into Tenancy OCI
2. Navigate to Observability & Management
3. Click on Logging Analytics - Dashboards
4. Select 'Oracle Integration: Key Metrics' standard Oracle dashboad.
5. Select log group root with 'Include Subcompartments' option checked
6. Unable to see OIC instance metrics with 'Include Subcompartments' option from root compartment.
