Oracle Data Transforms URL Is Not Accessible from Bastion Host Using Private IP , Just Getting a Blank Page (Doc ID 2976759.1)

Symptoms

Below instance was provisioned:

Data Integrator: Web Edition
Stack:
Oracle Data Transforms 2023.06.28.01.00 (8/23/2023) - default

This instance is created in a private subnet and it is accessed via the private ip in url from bastion host which also was created in the same subnet.

The access is allowed in the Security List from both sides (bastion host and ODI instance) according to documentation also connection to ODI Instance from bastion host through putty is working.

But after provisioning, Oracle Data Transforms URL is not accessible with Internet Explorer browser, just getting a blank page.
