Symptoms
After loading a measure with ".rpl" file, when it is loaded with a ".inc" file, the delta incrementation did not return the expected result.
For example:
For a given cost measure,
Date loaded through costs.rpl

Date loaded through costs.inc
20230827,331.49
So, the expected value in the cost measure against week 20230827 is 944,724.26. But instead the value is 834,129.86.
