Duplicate Asset Added When Using Post All and Add Asset Task Simultaneously (Doc ID 2976855.1)

Symptoms

 Asset Addition has been duplicated (2 of the same asset created) when user does an Add Asset task and also submits Post All at same time the Post Online Transactions Job is running from the addition task.

1.  Navigate  Fixed Assets>Assets
2.  Task: Add Asset & complete forms
3.  Submit
4.  In Addition Infortile this record is listed in the "ready to post"
5.  While record is still listed (Post Online Transactions still running), user selects POST ALL button for Additions.
