Why does Agreement Search List of Values (LOV)  behavior in Process Requisition is different than the Agreement Search List of Values (LOV)  behavior in Create Order/Edit Document?



Process Requisition > select item requisition line > Add to Document Builder > Agreement
Select Search
Search and Select : Source Agreement popup opens
Agreement number defaults in
Search by agreement number shows only 1 agreement  , for example, PHA1234
Search by PHA
Brings all agreements that start with PHA


In Create Order the behavior is different
Edit Document
Go to line
Add item line
Go to Agreement field
Agreement associated to item defaults in
Select search
Search and Select : Agreement popup opens
Agreement number defaults in
Search by PHA
It brings only the agreement associated to the item
