ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After scheduling the allocation and generating the period summary and saving the journey, the survey journey is not being allocated to the users.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As per the scheduling process, the survey should be allocated automatically to users

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure a Survey type journey
2. Schedule the checklist allocation


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, employees are not allocated with survey type journeys
