ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When we open an Appointment Record it is showing Account details edit option

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When we open appointment record, it should not show account details edit option

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Appointments screen
2. Drill down to one of the record, see Account details edit option

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot work with appointments detail page.
