Goal

The users have batch processing to launch multiple bulk plans daily on a schedule, they want to have the status updated so if one bulk plan fails, it shouldn’t change to the status of the Batch Bulk Plan to COMPLETED, they would like the Bulk Plan status to change to another status, so the batch process does not continue
