Symptoms

When attempting to create the CICD build job in Visual Builder Studio which creates a library jar, depending on the weblogic-maven-plugin, the plugin cannot be found in the "Build Executor Templates" software packages. According to the VBS document,

 "The WebLogic server includes a Maven plugin that you can use to perform various deployment operations against the server, such as deploy, redeploy, and update.
The plugin is available in the VB Studio build executor".
This plugin should be available, but it is not there. As a result, the build fails with the following error:
