Goal
PO 91016125 has been failing publication. It’s being republished but always failing as it’s in the hospital.
Publication fails with NO_ORD_DETAIL_PUB - Order detail cannot be found for order being published. When publishing logic in RMSMFM_ORDER is trying to publish, it’s trying to find the PO details but can’t find it. The cursor C_GET_DETAIL_MSG_INFO is failing to return records.
No records are found when the cursor joins with ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY. The PO has item/supplier/origin country of 809689/ 42967/MM but ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY only has 809689/ 42967/CN. This results in pubError.
