Wrong Acquisition & Customer Cost populated with Franchise Order API


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Setup - Source - WH and Destination - Franchise Location for the test
2) Define Cost Template
3) Define the Item / Location relation with Cost template
4) Invoke Franchise Order API
2) Notice the result in WF_ORDER_HEAD, WF_ORDER_DETAIL, TSFHEAD, TSFDETAIL. The Acquisition & Customer Cost populated from Future Cost without calculating in the Franchise Order Currency.
