RFI Connectivity Issue Between CFIN And MFCS V22 (Doc ID 2977294.1)

Why the newly setup RFI connectivity in between CFIN and MFCS V22 is having issue ?

i.e., While trying  to establish connectivity between CFIN DEV3 and MFCS Stg1 for the integration of Supplier and GL data through user RFI_INTEGRATION_USER_TEST_V22.
Updated the MFCS instance details under "Configure Supplier Outbound Synchronization Service" in CFIN DEV3 
and updated the same credentials in RFI: Manage Configurations RFI credentials and Connection to CFIN Dev3

However, the supplier data is Not flowing seamlessly and there is no information in RFI Logs & DDS tables (RFI_SUPP_STAGE, RFI_SUPP_SITE_STAGE). All adapters seem to be up and a ping seems good for the same services.
