MERCHAPI_ITEM_LOC Not Getting Populated With The Latest Data

Symptoms
We have created new items and ranged to a location. Tax rules have been setup for these items. This data should be flowing to XOCS using MerchIntegrations/services/foundation/omnichannel/item/itemlocation API.
The json store table for this api is MERCHAPI_ITEM_LOC. We ran the MERCHAPI_DELTA_OMNI_ITEM_LOC_ADHOC_PROCESS process. But the latest data is not getting populated in this table.
We also ran the MERCHAPI_DATA_REBUILD_ADHOC_PROCESS with 'foundation/omnichannel/item/itemlocation TRUNCATE_AND_LOAD' parameter and then the MERCHAPI_REFRESH_ADHOC_PROCESS. But again the latest data is not populated.
Please let us know how to get this data setup.
