IMCS - Date Format Is Not Aligned With UI_CONFIG_OPTIONS (Doc ID 2977362.1)

Goal

System is configured to display and receive dates as "DDMMRR" (configured as such in UI_CONFIG_OPTIONS.DATE_ENTRY). However IMCS is displaying the date as MMDDYYYY. This format is not applicable is our client's country and brings confusing.

Can you confirm how to display the date properly in IMCS ?

1. Configure the MFCS to display the date in a DD-MM-YY manner (UI_CONFIG_OPTIONS. DATE_ENTRY)
2. Go to IMCS, create an invoice. See any dates present on the invoice.
