Unable To Import Newly Created UDA Data From MFCS To SOCS/EICS (Doc ID 2977364.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to integrate UDA values for an item from MFCS to SIOCS, the following error occurs with Message Type: DcsItemUda

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Create the merchandise hierarchy on MFCS side
2) Create the item and range it to the store locations in MFCS
3) Add the UDAs for the newly created item on MFCS
4) Check the item lookup option for the newly created item on SOCS
5) Select UDA option after the item is looked up
6) Display "No data found"
