Symptoms

When attempting to update the transaction descriptive flexfield attributes,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
This transaction number already exists. Enter a unique transaction number.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a transaction via AutoInvoice import and complete
2. Try to update DFF attributes and then save
3. Error pops up.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the transactions.
