Qn1:On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Help Desk

Help Desk Trigger not being displayed at Notification Preferences

Customer has created a Trigger named 'BeforeInsert' under Standard Objects > HR Help Desk Request > Message > Service Scripts > Triggers.
However, this trigger is not being displayed at Notification Preferences > HR Help Desk Request.

Why is the Help desk Message trigger not available?
