Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Service Request
Employee is not able to remove attachments from the SRs
Employee has updated the SR with an attachment and wants to delete it, but the system throws an error.
ERROR

"An attachments error occurred: ATTACH-0211. Please try again later and if the issue persists, contact your help desk."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
#1 Login with an employee in HelpDesk>HRHD Service requests
#2 Open any HRHD SR>delete attachments
#3 Error received
"An attachments error occurred: ATTACH-0211. Please try again later and if the issue persists, contact your help desk."
